It just goes to show that the Tangerine Tyrant isn't even pretending to be serious any more. He knows nobody has the balls to stand up to him and tell him he is barking mad. Also a lot of the current pardons seem to be associated with his minions in some way. What a surprise. |

That total is acts of clemency of which about 80 were pardons. Many of those were commutations which do not cancel the original conviction. That is an important distinction I feel. |

Also 1600 of those were for one event, the Washington DC riot. And Biden issued many preemptive pardons, excusing his family and allies from any future criminal consequences. |

Actually 99% of pardons Biden actually gave out were done via the criminal referral program where they were all researched and referred via an independent process with the recommendation to either commute or pardons
Trump pardoned every single person convicted of a crime relating to January 6th, regardless of whether they pleaded guilty or not
Plus the amount of political pardons as well the those who supported his claim of election fraud in the 2020 election, and pardon those who perceives as friends of friends |

Biden did that to insulate people from trump trying to take revenge, and I think you can see he has been justified in the fact trump has tried to go after Letitia James, James comey, Jack smith, John Bolton, Tom Brennan and in the last few weeks is getting the DOJ to investigate Jerome Powell , Tim Walz.. and is trying to go after barrack Obama
And Biden is not the only person to pardon family, trump did the same thing with Charles Kushner… if the surname sounds familiar.. dad of Jared who is married to ivanka |
