Just resigned from the Labour Party.

Should now lose his title.

Beyond incredible that Starmer made him Ambassador to US - another hammer blow to Sir Kier and Labour.

Extraordinary how many comebacks he has made- he must have some serious dirt on other politicians.

I'm not suggesting at all that his behaviour is as serious or criminal, but Mandelson reminds me of Saville - everyone knew he was a wrong un but carried on as if there was no problem at all.

Like Saville he made a point to surround himself with rich and powerful people to protect him.

Peter Mandelson, the former trade secretary, escaped punishment yessterday after being condemned as the first minister to breach new tough standards of integrity in public life by not declaring his £373,000 home loan from his fellow MP, Geoffrey Robinson.

A damning report from Elizabeth Filkin, the parliamentary standards commissioner, upheld two of three complaints levelled against the former minister Mr Mandelson for not registering the loan and not disclosing another £35,000 loan on his Hartlepool constituency home when he obtained his £150,000 mortgage from the Britannnia Building Society. She concludes: "Mr Mandelson, unknown to the Britannia Building Society, received his mortgage on a different basis from that which would have properly applied to other members of the public."

Mandelson is the mentor of Morgan McSweeney, Starmer's Chief of Staff, and its reported he begged Starmer not to remove him as US Ambassador

This goes right to the top of Labour.

‘ Lord Mandelson is competely disgraced. Yet Keir Starmer lacked the backbone to take action, allowing Mandelson to resign from the Labour party instead of kicking him out.

Keir Starmer and his chief of staff [Morgan McSweeney] appointed Mandelson ambassador despite his relationship with Epstein, and then refused to act even as the mountain of evidence against him grew.

Given the prime minister’s appalling lack of judgment and the participation of his Downing Street operation, there must now be a full and thorough independent investigation.’

‘The current prime minister, Keir Starmer, appointed Peter Mandelson as UK ambassador to the United States of America, prior to that he was appointed to the House of Lords and to the cabinet by a previous Labour prime minister, Gordon Brown and prior to that he was a member of several British cabinets under Tony Blair.

Given the serious allegations that are still emerging regarding the extent of the relationship, political influence, and financial hold the convicted paedophile Jeffrey Epstein had over Lord Mandelson – there is an urgent need for a full and swift investigation into Peter Mandelson’s conduct in public life and importantly – particularly in terms of your own remit – how and why he was ever appointed to high office by these Labour prime ministers.‘

‘ Rachel worked at the bank of England’ boasted Starmer. Later we find out she was in a middle management role and published a plagiarised book. Her CV subsequently amended. Her previous home rented out without council approval via selective licence while Labour spearheading the renter rights act.

The anti corruption minister he appointed given a prison sentence for corruption.

The homelessness minister he appointed had to resign for issuing a S21 on her tenants then tried reletting the property for higher rent.

Add the free undisclosed donor gifts, new suits and clothes for Starmer, Rayner and Reeves.

He should be investigated, including for whether any criminal offences were committed. And he likely should lose his title.

He should also repay any money from Epstein, to charities caring for abused girls and women, with interest charged too

It just gets worse...New email says Mandelson gave Epstein advance notice of 500bn Euro bail out, hugely important inside information.

Also he'd previously denied any involvement with women or girls through Epstein as he was gay, now a photo shows him in underwear with young woman.

This seems like a serious criminal matter now, both his financial dealings and complicity with Epstein's crimes.

He’s been done for before and brought back from the abyss. Should change his name to Lazarus. He’ll face no consequences of his actions cos his bezzie mate is the PM.

Ironic that only a couple of days ago Starmer was calling for the artist formerly know as Prince Andrew to face the music in the states. The two faced wanker won’t do the same for his Champagne social buddy

If Starmer had even an ounce of sense he'd throw that McSweeney bellend under the bus and lead the charge calling for Mandelson to be jailed.

I hate politicians, the cunts of cunts, pretending they're in it to improve the country and the lives of people, they do it for themselves regardless of how they portray themselves.

You kinda expect this from the right wing ‘everyone for themselves’ mentality but when it comes from a ‘Labour’ politician it’s arguably even worse.

Mandelson sold information worth billions in exchange for 10k for his boyfriend to do physio training ??!! I can't believe he wasn't compromised by involvement in Epstein's other crimes."

Guilt by association is a stupid thought process, its one step away from a mob who attacked the house of a paediatrician..

Im fairly sure that when his name was put forward to the Americans that anything of the nature of Epsteins vile actions that was in the files if not before would have been raised..

Ditto anyone saying for irrelevant political point scoring that Thatcher because she knighted and took tea with Saville was compromised by his actions..

You can do better..

"If Starmer had even an ounce of sense he'd throw that McSweeney bellend under the bus and lead the charge calling for Mandelson to be jailed.

New Labour was always about getting very close to the super rich with few questions asked. How the fuck is Blair worth so much money now ? "

Probably the same way that Boris earned £4.8 million in less than six months after he stood down..

The super rich and the corporate world via lobbyists and Parliamentary Support Groups are all over our politics and happy to pay..

And let's be honest its not the personality they're paying for, its knowledge, influence etc..

Photos of Mandy in his underwear with young women. Dozens of sexual references in his emails, to men and women. One sent from South Africa where he tells Epstein he is with 'pretty women of your persuasion'.

After the Profumo scandal in 1963, John Profumo withdrew from politics and devoted the rest of his life to his charity for the underprivileged in the East End. Different times indeed.

Again your doing it..

There's been no one so far who has come forward, there dozens sadly who have done with accusations so likely there are other victims..

Sending salacious emails or being photographed in your underwear isn't proof of one of the most heinous crimes one can be accused of..

And people have in being accused of such taken their own lives..

Fact is whatever went on will likely remain hidden as it still is, the Dems didnt fully release everything and neither will the Republicans..

Mandelson is a slimy fucker and deserves his comeuppance for what is proven..

Not because he might have known or he was friends with or he visited Epstein because that tenuous tittle tattle isn't how we judge people in law and using that as a benchmark is not happening in Epsteins case with the people he knew and who visited him..

Ask yourself why..?

The Mandelson scandal, which this thread is about, is absolutely a one party thing. More than anyone he created the modern Labour Party and he has close personal relations with almost every key Labour figure (outside of the Corbyn leadership period) of the last 30 years, not least our current Prime Minister. He has no link to any other party that I'm aware of. This is of Labour and on Labour and no amount of diversion will save Labour from the well deserved oblivion coming down the tracks.👋

All things said, is anyone honestly surprised that wealthy elites have been buying young people so they can hold decadent orgies on tropical islands? Seriously?

The real scandal is how the focus is all on Epstein as being the pervert and trickster. Clearly he was an intelligence asset acting as a honeypot to entrap lots of wealthy elite folk.

That photo of Mandleson in his pants having his photo taken. This is supposed to be a statesman, a leader of people, yet he didn't think, 'why is this photo of me being taken'.

This is a site with swingers on it, we like to film ourselves swapping with other couples and singles but by God do we make sure we have control and trust.

As we've already said, a loaded pistol and a stiff drink should be in this arrogant fools future of he had even a shred of decency.

Its only right that people are made accountable for the joint knowledge of the illegal activities. The Dark Prince Mandy's ethics have been known for years but nothing ever done.

I'd really like the lesson learned to be to look around and stop the current scandals and illegal acts. Not be blinded chasing history. Fed up of inquests resulting in "we've made changes, it'll never happen again...nothing to see anywhere else."

What was Mandy working on and with recently?

When Clinton was invited to speak at the Labour conference by Mandy and Bliar he travelled on Epstein's private jet and brought Ghislane Maxwell as part of his entourage.

Ghislane's Father Robert (one of the biggest fraudsters of the last century) was a major Labour supporter and Donor. Neil Kinnock apparently hated him but Alastair Campbell worked for Maxwell and defended him when he died.

Campbell and Mandelson best friends and allies of course.

When John Smith became Labour leader he distanced himself from Mandelson and Campbell but when Blair took over they became his closest allies.

Proper Labour - Kinnock, Smith and Brown 👍

New Labour - Blair, Mandelson, Campbell and Starmer.🤑

Jumped before he was arrested methinks. Given the nature of allegations made to police, an arrest would be necessary to allow documents etc to be seized. A matter of time given what's in the emails, otherwise there will be an obvious two tier whiff in the air.

Just for the record I’m no fan of Mandelson, and as a Republican I’m no fan of Andrew.

Interesting to note that it seems to be only British associates of Epstein that seem to be facing ruin.

Not really hearing of anything comparable happening to other nationalities who were in Epstein’s orbit?

Different standards?

Call it what you want, but we seem to treating Epstein associates differently over here, to how they’re being treated in America (for example).

A lot of this pulls attention away from the friends that he had and continued contact with, following his being jailed, for underage girl trafficking and the extremely atrocious experiences that they must have had and still face. The Mandy contact would have been miniscule in comparison with US/global elites, who continued seemingly as though nothing atrocious had been done.

Mandelson had demonstrably closer and more long standing relationships with Epstein than any of those named above. Personally I find it impossible to believe he wasn't fully aware of Epstein's crimes, and quite likely he was involved personally.

Campbell even commented on the fact that he previously met Epstein, and found him creepy.

Another appalling email exchange between PM and Epstein on day he was released from first conviction. Full of disgusting sexual references making absolutely clear Mandelson knew all about Epstein's 'preferences'.

Slippery Starmer knew about Mandelson-Epstein ties before giving him US ambassador job apparently.

Knew he was a Mortgage fraudster too

Appalling judgement by Starmer.

Fingers crossed it brings the weasel down. He appointed mortgage fraudster Mandelson. Apparently he was also tipped off before Epstein but did nothing, more interested in prosecuting veterans and defending Reeves dodgy CV "

Give Starmer 48 Hours before he resigns.

Keir Starmer promised to "restore honesty and integrity to government.”

But that, just like everything else he promises, was nothing more than a deception.

Keir Starmer needs to go asap.

In the Commons debate, Your Party MP Zarah Sultana says Peter Mandelson was “besties with a convicted nonce” and criticises the way he was “rehabilitated” and brought back into the fold by Labour leader Keir Starmer.

There are similarities but in some ways Starmer is worse.

Like Starmer Callaghan wasn't up to the job and circumstances got the better of him. His reputation for competence was trashed but he did leave with his integrity intact.

Starmer has lied and lied and lied again and has no integrity at all.

NO, NO, NO.

Angela Rayner is possibly the most incompetent in Labour government, zero qualifications, zero education and sad to say; as thick as mince.

There's no way Angela Rayner would be taken seriously by any World leader, even the average person on the street knows her reputation.

Russia continues to attack civilians in Ukraine, knocking out all power supplies in minus 20 degrees.

We should be talking about people dieing right now but ofcourse this isn't popular with media.

Quite a strange post to try and shame people about talking about current issues in the UK.

I wonder if two tier Starmer will be fast tracking the Labour Grandee Mandleson through the courts as quickly as he did Lucy Connolly for “hurty words”.

I think not, the entire Labour government should resign and hang their heads in shame.

What’s popular for one is unpopular with another.

It’s interesting that you choose Ukraine yet I believe more people have been murdered in Iran by their own government in the past month or so, than have died in over two years of war in Ukraine.

Both are terrible of course but one is far from “popular” with certain groups and media outlets

I will say it to anyone who listens,I give about as much of a fuck about Ukraine and Russia as I do about gaza and Israel let them all wipe each other out and do it without any financial or military support from us,and is it untrue that Ukraine are only slightly behind Russia in levels of corruption? Like I said what a bunch of mugs believing what biden and Boris were telling them,I bet you also buy into only 55,000 Ukrainians being killed so far in this war,by all meas if you wana give your money to a dead horse you crack on personaly I don't want any taxes I pay going outside of this country the rest of the world can go fuck themselves

How Mandelson hasn't been arrested is beyond me. Reasonable suspicion an offence has been committed, yet no arrest, no bail conditions to protect the investigation....much as I hate to use a tired slogan, it appears like two tier policing. Misconduct in Public Office is a very serious offence punishable with up to life imprisonment. Yet, it's a nice early afternoon door knock and kid gloves for Mandelson.

I see it as logic since your boy tromp is a pedo, also your boy mosk is another pedo. It makes total sense to put a pedo as "us" ambassador since they all share something (pedo) in common.

"Times reporting that Mandelson got pay off of tens of thousands when he left Ambassador's job, even though Starmer claim he lied to get the position."

Today the foreign office minister interviewed says he should give the £40k pay off to charity.

Mandelson is likely to need this to pay for up and coming legal representation. All those box’s of documents the police and financial conduct authority are wading through must have more incriminating evidence.

It’s amazing what can be recovered from hard drives, even after formatting. I used to photograph uni graduations and once photographed someone who’d done cyber security and worked for the police in their forensic lab. I asked him what people can do to prevent stuff being found on a phone or computer and he said “burn it, anything else can be recovered”

But his best mate is our corrupt PM so he’s quite safe. Two tier Kier’s ass is already on the line. If prof is found then…

This is definitely true for regular use of SSDs. Less so for the older magnetic ones, or using TRIM effectively.

Likely, bbc reporting Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor also appears to have knowingly shared confidential information with Jeffrey Epstein from his official work as trade envoy in 2010 and 2011, according to material in the latest release of files in the US (seen by the BBC)
