Orpington

Care to offer your opinion on the outcome of the election today?

I'm going for a Tory win. 23 seat majority...

My opinion...

No matter which party 'wins'. The country will suffer.

We can dream, right?

But I have a feeling the Conservatives might claw another few years. Bastards.

I was thinking it would be a hung parliament, but I think recent events will see a clearer outcome. I'm not offering to eat my hat, if I'm wrong, unlike Paddy Ashdown at the last election!

Britain is already on its way to Victorian poverty right now.

Apparent some clown bet £1,000 on the Green Party getting most seats!

Tory win with 35+ majority.

Tories will win just unsure on the majority.

I pray for hung parliament then they'll actually have to work for us rather than their own self interest, but can't see it happening

I'm looking ahead with the same cautious optimism that I have when England play in an international competition.

Rugby, that is.

Football is more of a resolute misery.

I can imagine the Conservatives will win but not by as much as they'd have liked.

This election is a poisoned chalice anyway to anyone that takes power.

My head says Tories to win by around 60+ seats

My heart says that whoever wins sadly all those things that need changed will probably just remain the same no matter who wins.

Grantham

Conservatives will get 370-375 seats.

Top this up with the NI allies, and it's a good working majority.

Tories with a 28 seat majority. But pure guesswork.

Tory win but no outright majority. End up with a rocky coalition with SNP and another referendum on Scottish independence within 6 months, which goes the same as the last one.

Widnes

Conservative win only likely possibility. Only question is by how much. Probably not a landslide, probably more than they have now, possibility less, remote possibly of having to do coalition with Ulster Unionists, extreme outside possibly of still being largest party but, even with Ulster Unionists, not having overall majority and Corbyn heading a so called Progressive Coalition.

"Hung possible ???"

Not quite as silly as you May have thought was it?

Bigger question is was the radical campaign run by torys designed to lead to this?

Seems to me the tory's plan to fund social care for the elderly and labours pledge to axe student tuition fees has focused voting motivation of young and old .
