I just heard on the radio that they need £1m in the next week to remain solvent!
Did they ever pay back the money they defrauded the European Parliament out of?
I posted about their dire finances months ago, it's great to see them crumble financially as well as politically.  |

I don’t think everyone who voted UKIP is a racist, far from it. However, I do agree with the earlier comment re Henry Bolton potentially having racists views. To further the analogy, if (say) a woman is intimate with a man she knows to be a paedophile, responsible for the abuse of children, she too is guilty. Being guilty by association is valid in some moral and legal scenarios.
I think it’s a little disingenuous or perhaps naive to say and think that your partner can have such repugnant views (that you know about) and your character not be brought into disrepute.
I would not vote for UKIP, but I would prefer for them to stick around: I think what replaces them might be far worse.

I think it would be hard to form a party of English Nationalists without attracting a large following of racists.
Even the term English Nationalist is divisive given that, for now, England is part of the UK.

The SNP have been labelled separatists, by many.
If the SNP did not exist and you were to form that party today - given the current atmosphere of polictics - it would attract many racist (in the modern sense of the word) followers.
I am not suggesting that all nationalists are racists, just that the formation of nationalist parties attracts a disproportionate number of people that are. |
