(I hope my maths is correct!)

Imagine you earn £40k pa, of whixh £4K is overtime.

In the next city someone earns £34k pa of which £700 is OT.

Rule changes are being suggested which may put some of that OT at risk.

Who cares the most ?

Does this change if you’re in a union with 660 people in, and the other city has a union or 4500? Which union will be causing the bigger fuss...

.

Unions are obsolete when you can just rebuild the factory in some place paying 4k a year, hence why the only unions left are railways, health and teaching.

The person on £40k faces a loss of 10%

The person on £34k faces a loss of 2%

Is it the same employer at both locations?
