she would crush trump.... but she is not interested, and to be honest any political campaign would only lower her likability.... like oprah for example...

for me he has, but as a democratic primary voter (us people in Democrats abroad get a vote in the process) I am prepared to listen and vote for a person on policy and who i think is most likely to beat trump....
some of the people i have seen so far have really impressed me, some who i would have liked at the beginning have disappointed me so far.....

Looks to me like the Dems are shaping up to rerun the 16 nomination campaign. The establishment are looking at the new wave of progressives and not liking what they see, so it has to be anyone other than Brenie, even if it is Creepy Joe. I think they will again hand the White House to Trump rather than see any real change while they still control the Democratic Party.

none of the biden stuff is sexual in anyway (and the women have come out and stated that loudly) which is a godsend and i think absolutely needs to be pointed out, since some people here seem to be spinning it into something more "creepy"
it just seems that joe is a bit on the tactile side... and that is what has made some people feel a little uncomfortable.... |

'tactile', a male politician encroaching a female/childs personal space by closely sniffing hair, and holding shoulders, putting arm around waste etc 'tactile'. I think that there would be a whole lot of people extremely uncomfortable with that.
If you think Trump is dodgy, then Biden deserves the dodgy treatment too.

I pretty much think that there would have been some derogatory tongue in cheek remarks thrown about willy nilly by both male and female sports players, gym attendees, club members. Let's just pick the good bits that fit our individual narratives! Of course it doesn't happen today as there is always some sneaky prick ready to drop you in the shit with the recording or video. I guarantee that everyone at some point in their life has said something to a friend, colleague, might have been a joke, but everything always gets taken out of context in today's modern shit fest she said he said world. |

a) have you actually read any of the detail with regards to the green new deal... because if you did you would actually know that the UK and the EU are already implementing a lot of the concepts and the targets.....

Joes got a solid backing at the start from older Democrats like himself and a lot of the unions.
The tactile (or whatever you want to call it) isnt going to stick by the looks of it. The Anita Hill issue is still raising its head though.
Theres plenty of good candidates this time round.
Senator Kamala Harris, congressional and executive experience. Former attorney general and definitely has what it takes to beat Trump.
But Trump just isnt going to win reelection unless he somehow went up against Hillary again or theres a major 3rd party candidate. The 2018 elections were the highest turnout for a midterm in over 100 years and Donald drove that turnout and the Republicans lost the popular vote by 8.5%. His disapproval rating is higher than anyone who got reelected. Hos election was a black swan. |

Yes I listen to what I'm saying all the time _abio, just like you do. I have my opinion you have yours. What I said I doubt anyone on here can say they haven't had a laugh and a joke at sometime or other during their lifetime. We are all not perfect, I played a lot of Rugby through school and into my forties, a laugh and a joke, call it banter if you like, was common in the 'locker rooms', exactly as it is when ladies have a girls night out or if they have a gathering. At times it was highly amusing to join in with the ladies too, having a laugh, I knew the boundaries and never oversteped the mark.
I doubt anyone can say they led a sheltered life on here, I doubt they would be swingers for one instance. You can wear a saints halo if you wish. However I live in a real world. If you dig deep enough you probably find dirt on everyone and anybody. Politicians are prime candidates, politicians are the same the world over,wouldnt trust them as far as I could throw them, whatever side of the political spectrum. Trump is no saint and neither is creepy uncle Joe!
The character assassination of Brett Kavanaugh springs to mind, but hey that's a particular jolly good sport of the left, character assassination. Just look what happened recently to Roger Scruton, completely taken out of context and hung out to dry by some lefty champagne Charlie!

Blasey ford may have been assaulted at sometime in her college years by someone from somewhere, I do not doubt that. However the whole process was a character assassination attempt on a well respected judge, that particular choice of judge was not from the right political background for some people. So the show played out before our very eyes. Very dramatic and very disturbing. Such is the way of politics these days.
