3 adult men of unknown nationality watching children in a swimming pool.
None of them were there with any female members of their family or accompanied by any of their own children.
An assault on a child was reported to the police. And it took them 3 hours to get to the crime scene.
Unknown at this point if the men were staying at the holiday park.
Police detained father of the child, who will appear in court on April fools day.
The man who allegedly assaulted said child was not detained.  |

Knowing the charging thresholds of the CPS, they wouldn't have charged him unless there was a realistic prospect of conviction and it was in the public interest to charge.

Regardless of what I think of him I am amazed the police have totally ignored a claim of sexual assault against an 8 year old even though she seems to have confirmed to them what happened.

Robinson has form for lying and violence. His word can hardly be taken at face value.
If, however, a man did actually grope his daughter, of course that's fucked up. And if it happened, the police will act on any proof of such an event.

So is the video of anybody actually committing any crime or of someone asking questions of a distressed minor and then doing self-aerving publicity pieces directly to camera?
He made and released this video of his child to the public immediately rather than handing it to the police? A video of his child in distress? He's made any prosecution almost impossible now if anything did happen, but he already has form of doing this sort of thing.

So he’s been arrested because he publicly assaulted someone in front of witnesses. A common assault case can be investigated expeditiously and he will remain under investigation I suppose until the below has taken place.
A vulnerable witness interview of his daughter needs to be obtained which takes time. Then I suspect that the alleged offender will be interviewed once all the evidence has been obtained.
Perspective let’s see what happens.
Tommy has not learned it seems by making stupid videos that prejudice criminal investigations. To attempt to publicise this is awful.

That did not happen because police have to carry out all enquiries that lead a suspect to and from the alleged incident. They didn't release him on bail for those enquiries. They charged him which means all lines of investigation are complete. But the gullible followers will donate to his mortgage for the next few months. |

I know there’s been a lot of underhand actions by the police in relation to Robinson, but outright lying has never been one of them, so I concur. I work closely with the CPS too. They don’t lie. They’re shit, and pretty useless at times, but lying is not how they operate. |
