Lavender, Patchouli, Lemongrass, the list goes on and on!

They should be blended with a base oil like Sweet Almond or Grapeseed.

Coconut oil is best. Baby oil is a petroleum byproduct. You can get water soluble (fractionated) coconut oil, which washes out of sheets and clothes. Add a few drops of your favourite essential oil.

I try to avoid oils just because they stain sheets/clothes and don't tend to dry into skin naturally. Found body creams to be the best, and even more strange 'Boots After-Sun" is the best thing I've used for a massage
