Been on a bi night previously. Had lots of fun but sadly no women there that night. Hope to go again sometime when working near there.

Normally based near Inverness so nothing like it there.

It's a club for people of likeminded thinking

We can't post URLs, but if you search for "CJs at the Townhouse2 you'll find the site.

It's currently only open on a very limited basis, but hopefully as restrictions are lifted further it'll get back to full-flow.

Single males are always welcome but when someone sits and stares in the corner not wanting to make conversation there’s only so much coaxing folk can do or if you’re extremely touchy feely and in your face you won’t be appreciated either but if you treat it like going to a friends party and you don’t know any of their other friends yet so you just go round introducing yourself to folk saying hello etc that kinda works well

I agree it all comes down to how you behave yourself in public and being confident enough to actually socialize in the surroundings. I'll keep a look out for when it's open and what kind of nights are on thanks

Yeah, as Violet says, it's just about being respectful. In CJs, no always means no. We've had it, on a few occasions, where men seem to think it's a free for all, and can lay their hands on any woman they want. It doesn't work like that. Thankfully, those men are few and far between but, unfortunately, they do appear from time to time.

Everyone at CJs is so lovely and friendly, so as long as you're equally friendly and nice to people, you'll get on fine xx

this is not to say it doesn't happen I'm sure it does but it is an overused expression and paints a bad picture of men in general.

This also happens to men where woman belive they can do as they please.

I've had inappropriate touches jeers and catcalling from woman in the past.

so it's imo better to highlight this that what at times can appear to be a witch hunt against guys.

As for guys they need to start standing up for themselves and stop just accepting poor female behaviour as the accepted norm.

Let me just be clear... no means no applies to everyone. I simply mentioned guys, because I've never had a female lay an unwanted hand on me or my friend while we were sucking a guy off and then tell us that "no means no doesn't count in places like this".

I can, however, confirm that my husband has experienced unwanted female attention where they grope him, hug him, kiss his face etc.

My post wasnt/isn't a response to your post alone more a highlight that this issue is for all people.

Im sure if you scroll through the forums you would be hard pushed to find a post alluding to female inappropriate behaviour.

I can't say I see many alluding to the inappropriate behaviour of men, either though. On the whole, I find Fab to be, generally speaking, a very open minded and equal space, so I would hope the assumption is that it applies to all.

As I said, I only mentioned men because it's men I've, personally, experienced issues with. That, and the person to whom I was replying, is a male, himself. So, it was on a like for like basis. Had it been a woman, my advice would have been similar.

It is a wonderfully welcoming place to go for like minded people.

The atmosphere is always lovely and as been said in the thread, treat people with respect and get chatting. You will have a great time.

We have never had a bad night at CJ's.

Everyone is so friendly and there is never any pressure.

You can go and just be social or look to meet friends you would like to get more acquainted with.

Either way you will leave with a smile on your face.

Not really tbh it’s fairly casual wear what you would on a night to the pub with pals or like me pjs and slippers lol

Some people make the effort and wear clothes that’s a bit more alluring and sexy

Only once did I ever see anyone and think really mate coulda made an effort and he was like Kevin and Perry lol but in the whole what makes you feel comfortable

It depends what you are looking for? There are various nights to choose from, for example, couples & single female night, greedy girl night, fun for all night, kink night & tv & admirer nights to name a few. You are always offered a tour on your 1st visit. Some people meet up before going but as your are a couple that might not be your thing. When cj's does get to open fully, there are usually forum threads that will give you an idea of who might be there, although not all post. Maybe look at it as a night in a bar initially with the added possibility of the playrooms upstairs if you wanted.

You take your own alcohol with you, when you arrive you're given a no which is put on your bottle and goes behind the bar, mixers are provided
