I was circumcised as a child for medical reasons so unsure how it will affect you having the surgery as an adult, it is definitely less sensitive for me takes me a while to reach climax |

I had to be circumcised about 5 years ago as my foreskin was too tight.
I was worried going into the operation but afterwards i had no problems, it was not even sore.
It looks a lot better in my opinion too.
With regards to loss of sensation, 5 years later and I have not lost anything, in fact I would say I have gained sensation. I would never go back to the way I was if I had the choice.
Everybody is different mind you but the best thing to do is try not to worry about it. |

Also diabetic, and also had phimosis, I'll leave out the 3rd thing thing that was the main reason I got it lol
After you're all healed the sensitivity is through the roof, but does go back to normal eventually. I had the "procedure" in the August, and erred on the side of caution and it was December before it got used again, and I also used Extra Strong condoms, just cause I was paranoid.
What I will say is that if the doc tells you to take 2 weeks off afterwards - Take the 2 weeks. I only took a week and regretted it.
Also if any stitches pop after a week and a bit, don't worry, it's all natural.
As long as you're healthy and your blood sugars stay fine, you should be fully healed within the 4 week mark, and like someone said, everyone is different. |

Hope you have better luck taking the compress off than I did. I taught myself how to swear on that day 
That is if they still use a compress. It's easier to take it off if you can soak it in a bath, we had a wet room, so no way for me to lie in a bath and soak.

Got done as an adult due to medical reasons. Cleaner and more aesthetically pleasing on the eyes so I've been told. Sex felt same for me ex said she could feel head more. But as someone else said make sure you wear loose clothes for a bit |

Good luck. I've been circumcised from a young age. Its now quite common. I've genuinely feel I've not missed out compared to non circumcised man. There's always going to be a risk element with any type off operation. |

I was circumcised in my late teens as my foreskin could not retract properly (tight) felt it was the best thing to do and have never regretted it. I have had no problems that I can relate to over the years. Tends to be sensitive after the op but improves once healed. Hope this helps. |

It is a different recovery for all, but I was basically fully healed by week 4 or 5. Yea I took longer because I have an underlying health condition, but it was fine after that.
I'll admit I did err on the side of caution, and extra-thick (or safe) condoms were used for several months afterwards.
But then I'm a worry-wart at times, and not much will help me recover from that lol
