Take a percentage of swingers to be male 50% of the 1000.
Leaves 500 females or couples on FAB of which 3% live in west Lothian = 15 profiles.
Seems a very small pool. Round it to 50, even 100 for reasonable affect.

Now people will migrate there location to a larger area for a better pool. So alot of FAB profiles will be Edinburgh or Glasgow rather than local. Purely to increase the chances of compatibility.
This is why your meets now section has a mileage if you search for example my postcode plus 20 miles. You will see everyone in Edinburgh. Plus west Lothian mid Lothian and east Lothian, perhaps even Fife at the 5-15mile marker for my profile.
Be smart play the numbers game.
However. FAB is a swingers resource and a community first. Meeting second.

Plenty in West Lothian but it’s a small place I think most have the same rule as me shit ware you eat ie I don’t meet people from West Lothian don’t want to bump in to them in no fab life |
