CrossFit in Glasgow

I really like the idea of improving my strength and conditioning with CrossFit. Any advocates here? Any recommendations?

I used to go to CrossFit Glasgow, I only stopped as I took up another expensive hobby and couldn’t afford both

I definitely recommend it, really friendly and welcoming and great coaching.

CrossFit Bia in Kilmarnock is supposed to be amazing! Really good facilities and workouts!
