How often (or never) do you update your profile ?
For example we have updated ours a couple of times because of social meet and should be updating it again after this weekend seeing we won't be just looking to start out again lol |

Update it quite a bit depending on my mood , have a tendency to have this huge profile and when i read it back it's all very confusing , then i go the other way and have it short but it doesn't really say much . probably works out about once every three months or when circumstnaces have changed and i need to change it .  |
