Meditation/Buddhism retreat update

A few people were asking for my feedback on the meditation defrayed I went on.

It was organised by Kadampa Buddhism in Aberdeen but the retreat is in Portsoy. It started at 4:30pm on Friday and finished at 4:30pm on Sunday. There were meditations, teachings, silent times, and social times. There were about 27 people there of all ages, mainly women. Everyone signed up to a chore to help with the running of the place - cooking, cleaning etc. It was very enjoyable but tiring!

I attend the KMC in Glasgow and volunteer there on retreats, do you ever come to the Glasgow centre?

I tried to message you but you’ve blocked everyone of my sex lol.

I am originally from Glasgow but haven’t managed to go to any meditation there. I got into it when I moved to the highlands and I haven’t been back down much.

I also go the temple called Manjushri in the lake district for retreats and spent Christmas and new year there, I do working holidays also

I’ve heard that’s very good. My teacher goes there a lot.
