im watchin it n i say a big well done to her!! i work with adults with slight to moderate learning disabilities and i see her as a perfect role model!! i got the album and it is fantastic!!! to see someone sell that much in a short time thats not all tits and teeth and no skinny wee young thing is great!! xx  |

great voice without a doubt. Mabye a bit worrying though with her being as fragile as she is and the press being the way they are.

Am welling up as well...glad to see Piers is treating the lady with respect.....our local radio station keeps calling her a 47 year old Spinster.....they don't introduce men by announcing their age or marital status...grrr.....  |

Laine, I watched it too. She does have a fantastic voice. I only hope the PR people take care of her and look after her. It was nice to see her being treated well on TV for a change.

had bought the CD a coupla weeks ago, and watched the programme last night...think she has a great voice and I hope she makes the most of all that happens to her now.....go girl |

fair play to the lassie , she can fair batter out a tune.
i was more amazed at cowells "she made me look at myself and i didnt like the person i saw" comment 
she isnae my particular taste in music but ye cant take it away from her |

I was taken aback at Cowell's comment also. The look on all the judges faces when she sang at her audition was priceless! |
