There are occasionally CD's there. Probably best to hire a private cabin for changing and inviting guys in. These are on level 1, as is the cinema room with gloryhole galleries.
On level 2, there is a comfortable bar/cafe.
On level 3, television lounge, dark rooms and cruising corridors with lots of lockable cabins. |

Good description of what goes on at Pipeworks. I will also say that the private cabins are far too small, but if you were to get one, ask for no.115, that seems to be the biggest one.
The TVs tend to hang around the cinema area, since it is on the same level as the private cabins. But it can be quiet there, so some sit in the TV lounge on level 3. |

I have listed the relevant dry areas.
