You do know there is no law in Scotland against being naked on a beach….
So why would you be arrested and placed on the register?……
What about the naked bike ride through Edinburgh…..
Did all those who chose to go naked get arrested and placed on the register?…… no they didn’t and that’s because it’s not directly against the law to be naked.
