Has anyone been to the Edinburgh group. Is it really anonymous as it sounds? what actually happens?

I was reading stuff about sex addiction and found the Edinburgh site.

I do masturbate a lot and judging from the questionnaire I answered a couple of YES answers so saying I should see help.

whilst I admit I get very horny, I don't consider myself a sex addict... at least no totally.

Has anyone else here been considering joining this group? I wouldn't mind asking how you got around to the site (if it was seeked out, and not accidental like me)

Where would you have held the meetings?

Are you thinking of that technique to give up smoking where you give someone 10 pack of 20's.. and say smoke till you puke.. the idea being they get sick of the sight of them.

Also I think Sauna's in Edinburgh shut down on Monday... so that's off the list.
