The sad thing, and I do hope I'm proved wrong, is I think this guy is going to get away with it or at the least be convicted of the lesser charge of manslaughter. The OJ Simpson moment if this generation methinks! |

There is always 3 sides to the story... And one of those sides can't be heard as the girl is dead. So therefore there is his side and what truth there is. Either way evidence will be shown. But he is a disabled guy, living in a gated community, who had feared for his safety before. He had knowledge of guns. Let the judge decide. |
