Glasgow

For Primark Argyll Street - there is a car park/shopping centre called St Enoch where you can park, and a car park on Glassford street, both a short walk.

For Primark Sauchiehall Street - there is a car park on Bath Street / pay and display on Bath Street where you can park up, again a short walk to the store from there.

Edinburgh

Hire a white Merc with big glass panels at the back.

Wear a pointy hat and don't forget to set your handbag on fire, they'll let you park anywhere.

(though you'll get some looks as you head into La Senza)

"just remember if its a pay and display do so or you will get a ticket from the sods they call parking wardens as they even book us when were working in glasgow centre. "

I've never been able to work out why sticking a 'working in [name of shop]' sign on your windscreen should mean you're exempt from parking ragulations.

"Go on a sunday then its free on street parking"

That's not an absolute truth about the whole of Glasgow. There are a number of areas where restrictions and charges apply 7 days a week from 8am to 10pm.

Or there's one in Dunfermline, but it costs to park too, but dead easy to get to!

I suggest bath street car park that way the lift takes you into tkmax another womans shopping fav... Then finish there grt the escolator and primark is a couple of doors along. It's one of the cheaper car parks because it's a Glasgow city council owend... Most of you private are more exensive

You 'may' be right but there's nothing listed on either firm's website.
