not voting is also a powerful vote it shows that the person has no faith in any of them I dont believe all partys are trying mearly wanting to keep their own pockets full |

Not voting means you can't moan about the outcome.
Some say spoilt ballot papers show that you wanted to have your say but didn't want anyone on offer.
Me? I posted mine in a while ago.....not saying what I did but I sent it in so I can moan  |

If no one voted then maybe they would take notice but even on turn outs of less than fifty percent who ever gets most votes wins the seat so if only one person voted that candidate would win . What chance is there that in one constituency no one voted at all ? Slim to none I think . |

The late George Carlin...If you vote and you elect dishonest, incompetent people and they get into office and screw everything up, you are responsible for what they have done. You caused the problem. You voted them in. You have no right to complain. I, on the other hand, who did not vote, who in fact did not even leave the house on Election Day, am in no way responsible for what these people have done and have every right to complain. |

I never have trusted any parties
I've paid my way as much as possible
I dont see things getting better, or getting worse
so much spin from each party..in the end they take,they give,then they take back
monies are fiddled,lies are told...and those that voted them in allow it to happen..and someone will then tell me I should have voted?
I still think people have a blinkered view on any political system being perfect..nobody is happy on the left,right or center..unless you believe in an extreme position to be honest, and we all know how that works out.... |

Sorry but I think that is utter rubbish. If you vote people in and they are dishonest then don;t vote them in again - that is what democracy is about.
Just not bothering to vote at all is abdicating any responsibility - I count spoiled papers as a vote. |

so its utter rubbish if I dont really want any particular party knowing it'll be the same big players anyway..they'll all blame each other for the last parties mistakes,then make the same ones themselves..
