I have pics of a fun meet i had with a sexy lady in a bar, one has me with my hand on her thigh, it was accepeted, the other one thats been rejected, guess what,shows me at a slightly diffrent angle with,,,,my hand on her thigh, love any help on this.
What are the rules, "cant have pics of someone without you being there too?", or only pics of me allowed?
2 self same pics, one accepted , one not?
Am i missing something here?

Fella, as was discussed in the chat room at length the rules are below.
Note, points 1 and 3. The picture must be of you or your partner, as you are a single guy, you dont have a partner, thus leaving the pic to be of you.
Point 3, suggests that you can only have other folk in the picture if and only if you are in the picture as well.
However, I think that you are miffed that some previous pics have been approved and later, similar ones have been rejected or removed.
I think its safe to say though, that the previous pics shouldnt be on your profile either as they break rule number 1 and no doubt will be removed in time.
If I, as a couple, posted a similar pic of Jo, that would be allowed as I have her permission but that is because she is my partner NOT because I have her permission.
So, here are the rules that I have cut and paste when I goto upload a pic, I assume you get the same.....
Photo Rules:
1. The photo must be of you or your partner (you must have permission from your partner). Uploading web porn will get you banned.
2. Everyone on the photos must have been aged 18+ at time they were taken. Anyone uploading pics of under 18's will be reported.
3. It's OK to have other people in the photo too as long as they can't be identified.
4. The photo can't have another site's watermark on it.
Obviously, the mods who approve the pics dont set the rules.... they try and follow them and like all the mods they do make mistakes. If you feel that they have made a mistake with the approval of your pics then feel free to email them with the contact button at the bottom of most pages.

Made super sure of that.
Rule 1. Must be "Of you" or,,OR "your partner" thats vague, in that, it does'nt state "you and/with partner".
But you seem to be telling me it must be "with", truely not creating, im genuinely eager to just clear it up so i aint breaking rules, only that.

Ok, so, instead of varied and interesting swinging pics, discretely showing me ehh "swinging" im to expect all my pics of me with my fellow sexy fun swinger deleted and all i will be permitted, and i do mean "permitted" in this fun free society im in!!
I will be permitted to just show a pic of me?

You have typed it as "3.Its ok to have other people in the pic as long as not able to identify them?" Spot the difference..? You have missed the word TOO.
So, its ok to have a pic of someone else on your profile providing you are in that picture TOO.
Also, you whispered me a profile to check, saying his pics werent allowed as someone else was in his pics.
Every single pic he has in his public gallery has himself in it AS WELL as a female. Your pics are just a female.
And to be honest, if I was a single guy Im sure that prospective meets would want to see me in the pics not a random female.

When you whispered what you did i was on the phone and didnt read your whisper fully other than to get the profile name.
All the pics are OK other than that one you mention and I have reported it.

So, back round we go to, why might i get pics of me with simply my hand on the thigh of a lady i know well, deleted, identity hidden, she comes under the category of "other people in pic with identity hid" Rule 3,
All his other pics are fine, their porno as hell but their fine, me with my hand on a friends thigh is needing deleted?? Brilliant

Like2see we discussed this in the room lastnight and told you if you have issues with the pics and whats right and wrong to contact admin and let admin deal with the issues. All Steve, Lil and myself have done is point you in the direction of the rules.......we dont make the rules, admin do, so if theres issues and you are not happy then please take the issues up with admin. |

If anyone reads this from top to bottom, it explains my asks, i aint got an issue, im not creating an argeuement, all i ever was in search of was the rules so i never broke them,upset anyone, or offended anyone, im quite happy leaving this thread here for all to learn from it,

People can be identified from tattoos etc ... therefore no faces/tattoos or ANY OTHER distinguishable feature is allowed to be on show in the picture. Basically, anything that would allow someone to identify the person in your pictures. |

Hand on thigh pic, i had one in friends pics, one in main gallery, same pic, ones been deleted by the powers that be and the powers that be have no bothered about the other one, no tattoo's, no identifying features but had it deleted.

like2, we have given some reasons why they have possibly been removed. Pictures are not rejected or removed for no reason. If you have a problem then please contact admin, they make up the rules that we are asked to abide by. |

Cool, so this is an across the whole site rule, all single guys with pics, of other people are not allowed?
Thats all i had, pics of other fun fellow swinging friends, faces hidden, no tattoo's showing but still "someone has come along and rejected them, and i mean only now, after having certain ones approved and in place for months, only now "someones" decided to reject them?
Will do the admin thing, thank you

Point 3, my lady at the bar with me pics,has her face hidden, no tattoo's showing,nothing to identify her, thats keeping to the rule, im in the pic with her,thats complying too, i put identical pics in, one in private,one in gallery, at exactly the same date and day, so there was nothing "later" about either of the pics, yet one remained, one got deleted by a moderator following admin rules,yes?
Not admin, but a moderator following rules?

What you need to remember is that the picture checking prior to upload only came into effect when the new owners took over the site several months back. Before this any pictures were allowed to be uploaded so of course there will be some profiles where the pics are breaking rules. |

I was refused one of my pics as it was deemed not to look like me.... it was me, same as a colour pic only a black and white version... it was okay, was not a problem. What made me sad was I had to give up my toothbrush oral hygiene pics of toothbrushes having sex.... you could see my teethmarks on the brush...(csi of the mods could tell it was me)  |

the 'badmouthing me' thread is a really good one, but a bit like double standards possibly. we agreed to disagree with another user a while back, but since then a quarter of their friends have blocked us without ever speaking to us...hence the cliques on fabswingers thread we have going. |

in honesty we are just every day people who do this in some spare time.....we do what we can when we can, if folks aint happy with us then they can take it up with admin. I for one dont want hasstle from folks for just doing a little job in some spare time, this is meant to be fun for us also. |

I do swinging for fun, i never bother anyone or mess with anyones agenda on here, yet someone comes along, and from nowhere messes with what i have on my profile !!
Look at any other thread in the forums, i simply put the odd wee comment in, why am i consistantly defending myself on here though? Because i see when im being got at, by who? God knows. And for what reason i dunno? But coincidently i was telling myself i was enjoying the best time ever in all my 6 yrs on the scene, funny how something comes along to,,,, mess with it.
Lets see what admin say.

well as we have said over and over ask admin, they have the answers which you looking for......the subjects been covered .....we have told you how to find out your answers which is through admin....they make the rules so the answers lay with them as we have told you..... |

The very fact, that i have posted various threads in the forums and never heard one comment from the folks who feature so prominantly on this thread speaks volumes to me,for one last time, i had pics that were on for months, never bothered anyone,never broke rules,yet suddenly they got deleted and all around me are guys with same style pics unaffected, yet i copped it !
If it was a universal rule that the site applied to all, fine, but to go doing random profile scrutinising stinks.

Hi, no the thread was created purely after the parrallel "one pic same as other,one gets deleted the other remained" thing happened, i think we can all read rules and percieve their meaning diffrently,but some take pleasure in enforcing them "selectively".
The parrallel pics were in my profile "months" and "approved",they got un-approved?

If anyone thinks that photos that don't break the site rules have been rejected please let us know using the CONTACT link at the bottom of the site.
If you want the rules applying fairly there is a REPORT link next to each image, we don't proactively monitor images but if you see ones that break the rules you can alert a mod.
