Right guys Im having a debate who uses butter who uses margarine spread in their cooking ,baking or generally in the kitchen ?? Keep it clean lol

Old fashioned salted butter (Scottish only) from the packet.

I keep butter in the fridge but I seldom use it.

For scones and sandwiches it's butter cut (not scraped) so thick that people mistake it for cheese. For cooking, olive oil.

For cooking I use coconut oil. And for sandwich's I've als ways used a margarine type (pure I thinking it's called, some vegan one)
