The Royal Mile, Princess Street outdoor ice rink, Christmas Winter Wonderland, the many hostelries of Rose Street, the Grassmarket and the west end. The Edinburgh Dungeons, comedy clubs aplenty.

Christmas in Edinburgh is amazing! The winter festival goes on for six weeks and is getting bigger every year! Definitely a must see! |

I ALWAYS recommend this place to anyone visiting Edinburgh, but if you fancy a great coffee and some great food, then Brew Lab on South College Street is well worth a visit.
It's a bit of an arty-farty place, but the coffee is second to none (IMO).
