Hello everyone just updating you all on whats going on with this. So we have 2 weeks till the payment deadline and then we will start making our way threw the long list of reserves.
Anyone who was on the original list but hasnt made their payment to secure the place will get a lovely wee message tomo from either myself or beardedblossom, just to check and see if you still wanna come and rock out with a host if fabulous people for the night.
Anyine requiring payment details again or hotel list etc etc please feel free to mail either myself or beardedblossom and we will be as quick as we can with a reply.

Hey guys... just reminding everyone that a weeek tomorrow is payment cut off, if folks haven't paid by then we'll assume you don't want to come (unless you've contacted us or pinup girl) we'll then offer your place to someone else. We're looking forward this also, it will be our first big organised social. Here's to making new friends and seeing some old ones that we haven't saw for a while.

Hello everyone, just to remind you all today is the cut off date for paying for this night.
Its going to be great we have arranged some amazing raffle prizes, entertainment and of course a great crowd for great company.
Numbers that are paid are currently fantastic with 90% of the space being filled and paid for. Thanks to everyone who has paid... for those of you on list that didn't pay we've taken it that you don't want to come and have offered your space to people on reserve list. For guys on reserve list, if we mail you and you don't get back to us within 48 hours and have been online we'll take your name off. If you were on reserve and haven't heard from us drop pinup or ourselves a mail in case we've overlooked you, the list was quite long.

Hey with just over a few weeks to go ive had a few people message asking about donating some raffle prizes.
We have managed to secure so amazing raffle prizes with the left over money but we would also greatly recieve any extra prizes any one would like to donate.
We have a very sexy santa and an even sexier mrs claus to help with the raffle this year.
Myself and _earded blossom have choosen barnardos this year as the charity to recieve the money from the raffle as a donation as it is close to all our hearts.

This time next week we will all be getting our glad rags on and getting excited about the social.
Just a few things to point out, the venue details etc will be send out around 5pm so dont be panicing that you dont have them before then.
Also this social is full weve filled any extra spaces and closed off the reserve list.
So whoever is on the list now is who will be going there wont be any add ons as myself and _earded blossom are both just normal people and its december which is a busy month for everyone.
Im sure you all understand this. If anyone cant make it please let us know as we have over 100 people to mail.
As always venue details are not to be shared and its a non playing environment.
