I have fond memories of my Dad taking me swimming with my brother then Allen’s for chips and a bottle of Coca Cola on a Saturday morning.
Later I used to swim with the Paisley amateur swimming club so I’d be in the pool several times a week including 6am two mornings per week! We held competitions there as well. Hence the disappointment when they built a leisure pool and not a competition pool. |
