Hold ups less restrictive.

Hold ups safer, nothing to come undone/snap and take a gentleman's eye out.

Either look and feel nice though.

OP for me its as more about the person wearing them ,but i like to see women in either. Even sexier if there hidden under a dress and you can feel them or slide your hand up slightly to find them. Oohhh the anticipation after that is amazing.
