What would be your max spend on an Easter Egg?

I googled 'Best Easter Eggs'.

I found lots of suggestions all different prices from £3 up to a staggering £455 . . For just one chocolate egg?

Some people must have far too much money to be buying at £455

Hmmm it would depend on who I was buying it for, or if there was a special reason perhaps. I spend about £15-20 on various ones for a hunt (supposedly for the wee folk in the family) every year but none of us are really big chocolate fans. I guess price is relative to two things, income and how fussy you are about your chocolate. Hotel Chocolat do a massive posh one for around £75 I think but you could kill someone with it as it's that thick and it's all the handmade choccies, plus the presentation is high end too, horses for courses spose

Cheap and cheerful for all the kids in the family (and I have a big family).

But I like to buy my parents a half decent one. Usually about a tenner.
