Such a wicked twinkle in his eyes, it must have been terrifying having to interview him - sad news.

As to the hamster... it’s a touchy subject for me as mine just died... it fell asleep at the wheel

What a brilliant comedy brain Freddie Starr had. A giant of British comedy for decades.

That 'Audience With' was absolutely notorious. Freddie 'Too hot for TV' Starr.
