What speed you riding at? ..... I can average about 19-21mph on my road bike! (pedal bike lol!) could maybe tag along for first 500 yds????

why dont you all ride your way to our house for a wee roll n sausage some nice sunny sunday morning lol, seriously though as john only rides a bike lol, (canny afford a car) we are normally out and about on the bike so if you see us give us a wave then follow us home for a wee nibble hee hee, hope you get a run organised soon xxxx
