Not sure about the vaccine but you need to have (at least) a 72 hour test result, needless to say negative. However the rules at the moment are very fluid. Anything can change in the next few hours.

Biggest problem at the moment is flights. For 3 days (yesterday, today, and tomorrow) Alicante has only one UK arrival. That was yesterday from Manchester. Not one for today or tomorrow. In normal times it was always 20+ per day and many more in the summer.

Also Euro Weekly News, is reporting that the Costa Blanca Hotels association have already written off Easter.

I think June is possible, but I wouldn't bet the farm on it.
