Benidorm New EL Sofa reopened

It's only been open for a few days so I don't think that there is much news as yet. Because of the time of year and the fact that the old place had been closed for quite a while it will probably take it a few months to get properly going.
By all accounts it's much bigger than the old place and everything is brand new.
New location is just behind Dove Park.
We will give it a try when we return to Spain.

No it's not a swinger club as such.
It's a sex cinema mostly used by gay/bi guys but it does attract an occasional couple. At least that is how the old one was.
Now that Benidorm has no proper swinger club maybe the new El Sofa will fill the gap.

So an update. We visited el sofa today and are very impressed. Nice place, clean, great bar area and just a great afternoon. They are also opening up Saturday evenings as a swingers place for the evening. Support is needed to stay open as only place on Benidorm. Any other couples thinking of going over the next week please message us so we can keep this place alive |

They said they are opening at 9pm for this and making the sofas into beds. |

OK. Thanks for that. Very interesting indeed.
I hope it works for them and fabbers need to support it.
It could be the business model that will work for Benidorm. The old Cupido couldn't make it work as just a swinger club but the dual purpose, daytime cinema and once a week swinger club, could just be the right recipe.

Went to els sofa Saturday. Quiet, but it was fun. Stayed for a few hours. There were about 5 couples there during that time. Mainly all Spanish.
Managed to play with one of them on the beds which was a lot of fun. Even if we couldn’t understand a word each other was saying. |

We both went last Wednesday (2nd March) and really enjoyed it although we were the only couple there. There were about 8 or 9 single guys who all appeared to be bi. Spotlessly clean place and modern - definitely worth a visit. El Sofa and the Swing is the same building. During the day it is TV´s males, females, gay, bi or straight and open from 12 - 8pm every day and then the Swing takes over as a swingers club for all on a Friday and Saturday night from 9pm - 2am but as the summer months come around they are aiming to go 7 nights a week from May - September

Just been in and the lady told us they close for an hour from 8pm tonight and then open at 9pm as a swingers club, so will be back around 9pm tonight. |

We didn´t consider it to be small - rather strange statement. Also if you read the website and look at the photos ......... correct........... during the day it is predominately gay/bi but during Friday and Saturday evenings it is aimed at swingers of all genres

To ask a further question, are the customers generally dressed or undressed during the day sessions ? |

Visited last Saturday.
Lovely place, lots of different areas, spotlessly clean, great hosts.
Mainly guys during day but nice friendly atmosphere and couples all day but mainly after 9pm.
As a couple you can nip in and out all day.
Give the place a whirl, if you don't go, you won't know.
Really easy to find near front in old town.
Hope they are a success and wish them good luck. |

Message from the owner of El Sofa and ´The Swing´ Swingers club in Benidorm
I would like to clear a few things up here!
El Sofa closed down in April 2019 because of Covid and has reopened in January 2022 at a new location (check their website) in the heart of town near the beach. It is incomparable to the old place. It's almost 4 times bigger, everything is brand new and the interior is simply smashing. It's still the place to watch adult movies but it's much more like a club now. Most of the public is bi/gay but as it is a far nicer place now you'll see more couples too! It indeed is open 365 days a year from noon onwards. https://SexCinemaBenidorm.com/
Now lets move on to: 'The Swing' Swingers Club Benidorm.
'The Swing' is a brand new swingers club and is located at the same premises but is a different business. There are public and private rooms, large beds, a darkroom, a sling, tons of glory holes, showers, a bar with food and drinks etc. It is open at night only but not just on Saturdays! Depending on the time of the year / the number of tourists, ‘The Swing’ may be open only 1 night a week or every single night! There is a calendar on their website with all opening dates. In case it gets unexpectedly busy certain dates may colour 'green' instead of 'red' at the last moment. If in doubt drop them a line through their contact page, a reply is 100% guaranteed! We are over in Spain for 4 weeks from Saturday.
We have a few other things to do but will drive up to Benidorm for a couple of days at some point.
We will include a Saturday (most likely either 2nd or 9th April) and will give El Sofa/The Swing a try. |

We went to El Sofa today and we were made most welcome by the owner
The new site is really clean and big with lot’s of play rooms
There were maybe 6 guys in today and another couple
We had some fun in the cinema and glory booths and are both looking forward to The Swing night this Saturday for couples at 9pm
Would definitely recommend |

Hi Guys, I visited El Sofa this week, my second visit, the owner Mark is very nice, his cinema is spotlessly clean,great premises with lots of different rooms, everybody very friendly, There was an English couple visiting who we all had grest fun with and then a young Spanish girl with her older boyfriend, Amazing time....cant wait to go back in June. |

Most adult cinemas in the UK probably have this (I was told in the basement room), as do a climbing frame, a cart track and some crocodile leather trampolines but alas, these play facilities are illegal in the EU. |
