Fuerteventura is not Gran Canaria or Cap d'Agde. You will find very little, if any, action on the beaches. We have lived here for seven years and have come to the conclusion that most of what you read on Fab about the island is pure fantasy. If you're looking to play turn on Fab's 'who's near' and hope you get lucky. |

We spend half the year in and around the lagoon beaches in El Cotillo and have a lot of fun with like-minded people we've met there over many years. Many are Swedish/German/Norwegian and Dutch too.

Morro Jable is in Jandia, I think. It doesn't have the bars and restaurants of Corralejo, but has a lovely beach.
The first time I went to Fuerteventura, I stayed in Morro Jable. It was a while back and as I recall it was mainly visited by Germans back then. I hired a car and found Corralejo in the North, and 18 years later I have have visited 40 times, 41 in Nov |
