Hi all , visiting Benidorm beginning of March with a female FWB .
Is El sofa worth visiting as a couple or is it mainly gay men who frequent it ?

El sofa has mainly men in the day time but some couples do go in afternoons, On Saturday night it is The Swing mainly for couples and limited single men, In summer months The Swing opens extra nights, so check out the website for all details |

There are no other swinger places in Benidorm at all.
El Sofa (AKA The Swing) is all that there is.
Is it worth it?
We think it is always worth it. Sometimes it will be quiet, other times busy. But ask yourself this.
Would you sooner be in a place with other like minded people with a chance of some fun. Or in a Karaoke bar listening to some piss head murdering My Way.
No brainer really.  |

If you last visited El Sofa before Covid then you will need to look up the new location. It's no longer at the old premises.
BTW. The new place is much better than the old.

So after 3 nights I can honestly say I am done with piss heads and bucking bronco's!!

If you are coming from Levante.
Take the pedestrianised street (known as walking St) through the old town.
When you come to Poniente you will see Parque d'Elche (AKA Dove Park) slightly to your left. Take the first right opposite the start of the park.
Then take the first left (Vincents bar on the right corner)
Go up the hill and El Sofa/The Swing is right in front of you. |
