It's usually quiet-ish in March - definitely not as busy as during the summer months. Usually gets busier toward the end of April/start of May, which also coincides with the weather being a lot warmer. |

There are bars + restaurants open in the plaza. Also a fair few places open near the naturist hotel, and a number of chiringuitos along the beach. Some places close for a day or two during the week, whilst others are open all week. It's quiet during the months of Feb + March, and some places chose this time to close for a few weeks, but there's always somewhere to go for food + drinks. |

My partner and I came to get away from the English winter, and we have not been disappointed.
Even in Jan and Feb, there are beach days, although the wind may get up in the afternoon and the beach empties. But choose the right apartment, as we did, and you can enjoy the midday sun most days on a sheltered balcony.
A few cafes, beach bars and restaurants are open, plenty given the small number of people around. There are shops within walking distance of the nudist area, more a short drive away and in the town of Garrucha. |

We have been to Vera four times year running it has a great atmosphere and lovely people and we have friends that went there on holiday and stayed permanently also swimming in the sea on New Year’s Day |

We've enjoyed it so much we are booking our stay for Jan-March next year.

Exploring between Puerto de Mazarron and surroundings, looking at properties and visiting vanilla friends there between 3rd March & 20th March if any couples free to meet for drinks & more drop message with any questions etc. xx |

This is our second week last couple of days 21c have been great after week of rain.Lot of bars and restaurants closed although we did have a lovely meal Sunday at Restaurante Lua Puerto Rey. It is pretty quiet and the beach is full of driftwood but starting to see a bit of activity to clear the place up for the summer. |

We enjoyed our 2 and a half months winter break in Parque Vera 5, we have now booked for January to March 2026.
Subject to circumstances we hope to come for a shorter period in August and see what it's like when more people are around! |

"You are leaving when hot comes. August is nice but too busy. Hard to find place in the beach at certain hours.

Would love the company of all those naked bodies. 
Have been told some of the bars are full at night. |

Places will still be open, it doesn't completely shut down unlike other resorts. However, you may find that some places are closing either earlier than you'd expect or on days you wouldn't expect them to. But places like the club and bars around the hotel are more likely to be shut. |

Hi regarding the club,has anyone been? We’re thinking going this Friday what’s the mix like? Is it worth going? And it’s the one near broadway bar? Thx |

We both went down in late April (23rd we thing for 4 days) We stopped in the naturist hotel and it was reasonably busy and the weather was great. Most of the bars and restaurants were open and quite busy - enjoy - we will certainly be returning x |
