This thread reminds me of the anal bleaching scene in the movie Bruno.

I guess OP if Bruno can find a beauty salon that specialises in this, then a quick Google search should suffice for you to find one.

I use Veet. Doesn't bleach but removes the hair all together. I wouldn't rim a bleached arse, but I would a hairless one.

Would be an easier bet to go for an all pigment adjustments and bring your skin tone up to the shade of colour your anus is....
