Hi all,
Had a profile on here for a while, but been hidden until fairly recently as simply not had the time.
Would appreciate honest thoughts around profile. Only thing I will say in advance is due to line of work I do not have a face pic on profile.

Profile blurb is only one aspect of the site
Go on chat forum and chat to some people that you like, see if you click.
Have a look for some socials in your area.
Stalk some mens profiles in secret mode and have a look at their photos |

I've had a quick look and it's a good profile explaining clearly what you are looking for and your interests.
My only negative is that you don't have a profile pic. Some people have filters set, that you would be blocked and wouldn't be able to contact them due to this.
Just put your public photo as your profile pic. You don't need to have face pics, but nothing stopping you having a variety of photos and just crop your face off them. |

To echo the thoughts of others your blurb is short and sweet and to the point, and you don't have a profile pic.
Picking up on the latter point, it's worth knowing that most people won't meet with a silhouette, so an interesting profile pic is usually the first enticement to look further. As previously suggested you can just set the pic you currently have on your profile as your profile pic. However if you are going to do that I would suggest that you upload the same photo with a pixellated face rather than a great big orange block. You can use free tools online to pixelate your face to protect your privacy, just google it.

Tbh certain phrases on fab are really just red flags for certain things "been here before know how this works" no you haven't "can't accommodate" yeah because you're not single "can't have a face pic because of work" yeah because you're the only person on fab that has a job "to the university of Sydney" so you have an iq in the double digits. Theres many more to which result in men not getting meets and wondering why. |
