You have to be aroused for it to work. But for me it makes getting hard again after cumming easier and the recovery is shorter.

Then switched solely to Cialis. 72 hour effect. Needed it. Working at club was tough; so many orgies ??

Did overdo it. Ended up in an ambulance. Too much cialis too often gives you chest infections. One was REALLY had. Worth it for a MFFFFFF? Yeah haha
