I have not had a man up me but have put dildos up. Myself and girlfriends. My problem is it's always messy. I also get pains in my kidneys while doing it, so don't really fancy putting a shower hose up. I probably won't get anyone to fuck me but how can I be clean and is the pain in my kidney normal? |

I wouldn’t have thought that kind of pain is normal, no.
Ignoring that, my view on this has always been that if you go down the proverbial rabbit hole, you should expect to find rabbits. And I’m never sure how healthy cleaning out with tap water is in the long term. But a bulb douche thing is an easy option, along with a sensible diet. |

But also - don’t ignore the pain either! If everything else is working as normal it’s probably nothing to immediately worry about, but maybe something to get checked out before too long if it carries on. |

Any pain is a time to stop pain. If it continues afterwards. Go to the GP. Don't every leave pain unchecked.
Anal is always about cleanliness. Douche until the butt runs clear. Enema for deeper insertions.
Research Research Research.
Enema - 1ltr water plus 5grams salt, usually stops cramps.
Be gentle and safe.
Lube lube lube.
Lube messy is expected so clean towels are a must.
Don't stick anything up there that is not supposed to be up their.
Big flanges on plugs stops them escaping to the depths.
If something escapes. Stay calm!!! Squat and relax. Don't force anything.. and if it's still a problem seek medical attention immediately.

Don't fuck about if there's pain in the kidney
Go to the GP, tell them you're a bit concerned, they'll likely just do a blood test in the first instance to check functionality
Don't leave something that could be easily fixed develop into something serious
It's what you pay your taxes for |

Definitely get the kidney pain checked, regardless of whether you go any further with the anal insertions. As others have said, it might be nothing, but it might also be something that could be an indicator of something else and early diagnosis is always preferential. |

As others have said, I would get the kidney pain checked out … irrespective of anything.
If I have a chance of some ‘bum fun’ it does take a bit of planning.
1. Just be careful what you eat for the previous 24 hours … you know what keeps you solid!
2. Make sure you have a bowel movement a good while before… whatever your ‘routine’ is!
3. I ALWAYS use a bulb enema about 3-4 hours before … and possibly again before I go out (or stay in☺️). Just to make sure it is clear there. Occasionally I have also been known to take an immodium … whether needed or not!
4. Always insist on safe sex … on health grounds … as well as cleanliness!!
Touch wood, I have never had any embarrassing issues 🤞🤞🤞
