As the title says.

I am enjoying/ have enjoyed my time on here but I am thinking of moving on to actual dating again

I know the feeling... Ive had much more luck on dating sites where the m/f ratio is more even, than on here.

I mean....the site is free.

Personally I've never got the logic of site supporter membership being relevant to staying or leaving.

If you don't renew, nothing happens to your profile. You can always hide it rather than delete and how many times do people go and then come back some time later having to start all over again. 🤷‍♂️

If I wasn't getting matches and dates via Hinge, compared to the scraps that I'm feeding off on here, I'd be seriously questioning where I am in the dating world. The ratio of men to women on dating sites is high but nothing compared to what it is on here.

The crushing blow of rejection, or just being left on read, is a weekly/daily occurrence for most.

Thats proberbly because this is a swingers for swingers and not a dating site, this also is another reason single guys struggle to get a meet in our opinion.

I've not renewed my site supporter fee. So far I've not lost anything by not renewing.

I'll theorise, for people like me who browse a lot and meet a little, having an account without subs restricts your use of the site too much. So the renewal becomes a point of reckoning. The deleting part...I guess depends on just how fed up you got (or sometimes how many contacts and/or fans you'd like to cut loose 😬)

It's good when people choose to act on their choices.

I get that.

I suppose it's the difference between are you primarily using the site just for hook ups or are you here for the long haul, the wider swinging scene as opposed to just online interaction, and whether you place some kind of 'value' on whether you actually get meets/sex from contacts on here, rather than just enjoying the bigger picture of Fab being as much as social networking mechanism as it is simply a means to get naked with someone.

For singles just looking to meet other singles I suspect it's always been a harder struggle than other avenues. For couples and those singles who want to explore organised events, clubs and to have a means of engaging with a wider audience than a 1-2-1 chat (i.e the forums) Fab is probably an easier world to navigate.

But people will always be here for their own reasons. It's still perfectly usable as a free site.
