If the change of lube doesn’t work, it’s also worth getting tested for BV and Mycoplasma hominis which can free go hand in hand but need different antibiotics. Alpha Biolabs £59 test covers off the mycoplasma which the NHS and free tests don’t cover.
There is also a ph balanced silicone lube from Pjur. You can get yes prescribed for your doctor too if you suffer dryness etc. |

"Also op if 'things get nasty' afterwards it might be best to stop doing it and see a doctor before attempting it again "
She is immaculate at all other times,so don't imagine there's anything long term going on ..I'll mess around with the different lubes as suggested..thanks all for the ideas |

I have wide hands, so I always start out slow. I use latex gloves and silicone based lube. It may affect the gloves but in the short run it is fine. The silicone gives extra slipperiness which helps in getting the whole hand in. Plus reapplying it after a while helps, keep the in out movement slow so the tissues of the vagina can move. Above all, smile, your having fun. |

Im 3 months in to HRT for the peri menopause. Im a few years older than your partner, but it can start in my 40s.
The loss of oestrogen thins the skin. It literally can be rubbed off sometimes with toilet roll. Loss of oestrogen also causes drier skin that looses its elasticity. Less elastic skin, that is drier, that is thinner, can more easily tear leading to bacteria getting into your skin and urethra. This causes increased UTIs.
I've had increased UTIs for the whole time I was on Fab. I thought I had thrush or Vaginal BV, but it was vaginal atrophy due to peri menopause.
No amount of lube will help stop the skin damaging if its loosing elasticity.
I'd suggest your partner starts to look at the various symptoms of perimenopaue (no joke, there are about 40) and or ask the doctor for topical oestrogen, which you syringe into your vagina, which moisturises it and puts oestrogen directly into your vagina and labia.

All of this. My experience is that punch fisting or anything that introduces air into my vagina is incredibly drying, leads to tears and if I follow that with sex and spunk, I get an unhappy vagina. (fisting without the spunk is fine) It’s just part of getting older |

Done it few times with the wife.
She has to be so relaxed and turned on so it’s always at the end of long foreplay or even after long fucking she’s wet and turned on
Takes a while to get past the 4th finger but once in there push in a bit and literally she can’t control herself and that’s with no moving etc too
Lovely view of the gape when I pull out too |

I have never known of this being a problem. I used to provide vaginal fisting quite often. Some desperate cases could be "done" with no artificial lube (that is baaaad!). We used to have "Swiss Navy" () for less desperate cases. Generally used water-based.

Does she take any supplements like Cranberry, D Mannose or Optibac for Women? I used to frequently get water infections after intense sessions. The supplements have helped.
It is also worth maybe her getting a test for peri menopause as if she has started that phase of life, tears and damage are more likely with vigorous internal play, and hence the uncomfortable symptoms. |

I was thinking OPTIBAC FOR WOMEN too.
Totally unrelated to your ladys problem, I know but I suffered the most painful vulval thrush after a course of antibiotics a few months ago, those probiotics were such a godsend I've continued taking them.
They can be bought from pharmacies or A mazon.
