I've really been put off giving head when I'm at clubs, especially darkrooms. As a guy I would generally always let the lady lead. I think it can be tricky when a woman wants the guy to lead, as it means you have to interrupt what you are doing to say is this ok or is that ok.
But it's always best to ask first.
And that to me starts with something as simple as touching and kissing, never mind blowjobs or deep throat.
