Pjur back door lube or liquid silk lube. The numbing lubes aren't a good idea as pain is your body letting you know something isn't right but the pjur back door lube relaxes the muscles just right to help.
I used to shower after douching and put the plug in while in the shower. Favourite was Doc Johnson medium. Nice flared base so no worries about it going too far in and just flexible enough to be a good fit. |
