Similar to comments above. You got to shift through a monumental bunch of time wasters but in short.
Have patience. Have a male friend your ok with helping to organise. All comms through them until you both have decided on which ones meet the criteria. Book a hotel room or air BnB and get deposits or cover the room from lads attending. That shows who is genuine. Then add yourself to the group ideally use telegram or kik or similar so no mobile is shared.
You will experience guys just wanting photos then ghosting, guys hang on then duck when asked for payment, guys trying to solo meet, guys trying to change the dates and locations.

Never done it, its not for me.
But to keep yourself safe I'd suggest a club environment where people are around.
Theres events specific for this kind of play where there's chaperones to make sure everyone follows the rules and respects boundaries.
