Depends on nipple size and sensitivity I suppose , the more secure types IE clover/alligator clamps and above are painful .
I've tried most types from generic to the down right nasty , i have small nips so most fall off eventually.
I could suggest mixing it with vacuum tubes on them to make them temporarily swollen then add clamps makes them more sensative/painful .
