If you go to the profile and it says you're blocked click menu in top right then report

Report a message they sent you and explain why you're reporting in the box.

If you know their profile name, create a link in your browser bar thusly:

http://fabswingers.com/profile/PROFILENAME

(if the name has spaces, use _ in that place).

There is a REPORT PROFILE button on the left hand bar. \
