Interested in hearing ideas for creative punishment ideas for submissives?
Preferably fem submissives. Bearing in mind flogging and spanking is seen as a reward, so wouldn't make a good punishment.

Practically, you do need to post a little more information if you want realistic ideas that might suit.
I don't do 'punishment' in my dynamic, but sometimes I do 'stuff he doesn't like because I like it when he doesn't like it'. That might include:
- Birching
- Stinging nettle play (or chilli in winter)
- Extended chastity
- Needleplay chastity
- Extended bondage
- Piss enemas
- Humiliation at clubs
