Does anyone know of any leisure centres or health clubs where one can Go as a day guest to use jacuzzi , steam room and sauna and pool?

It's purely for therapeutic reasons.

Is there a Bannatynes in the area? Their gyms often have hot tubs and pools, not sure about saunas. Otherwise search for spa hotels, they often have smaller but quieter facilities.
