absolutely not.. id end up poking someone's eye out, or tripping over them.

No. I have gone out without a bra on, but certainly not for that reason.
And if some random stranger commented on the fact it'd be downright creepy and inappropriate & I'd have no qualms about telling him so. |

Pretty much this. It’d be sexual harrassment.
Having said that, mine are so small that I can go pretty much anywhere braless and they wouldn’t get noticed.  |
