Have definetly missed good gym sessions however gave up pre lockdown being introduced...
Going to start again in the New Year, be one of the crowd which all the regular gym goers hate  |

It does help with the mental side of the COVID lockdown, in my opinion - exercise in general - not just the gym.
However, I'm still questioning whether steam rooms and sauna, which seem to be open in the David Lloyd I go to, are safe. Can't see how they can be but there you go. |

I need the gym, not only for my physical well being, but my mental health. Lockdown has beaten me down, again. And had a fucking cold for the last week or so. Am counting the seconds until I can get back to it frankly.
