Nope. I truly hate the gymnasium. Singularly the most boring place in the world other than Belgium.

Have definetly missed good gym sessions however gave up pre lockdown being introduced...

Going to start again in the New Year, be one of the crowd which all the regular gym goers hate

I hope you weren't feeling yourself in the gym again, OP. You know what happened last time.

It does help with the mental side of the COVID lockdown, in my opinion - exercise in general - not just the gym.

However, I'm still questioning whether steam rooms and sauna, which seem to be open in the David Lloyd I go to, are safe. Can't see how they can be but there you go.

I can honestly say: I often walk out of the gym with a Zen like calm. Alot to be said about gyms and their mental health contributions.

The pod….

Gym is my happy place. Current plan is 2x upper, 2x lower each week, plus 3 swims.

Greenwich, SE LONDON

Definitely keeps us both mentally and physically healthy.

In the lockdowns we were somewhat lost. So glad they are open in all tiers now. Common sense at last!

100% love it. Like Arnold said when I get a pump it's like cumming with a woman. So I'm cumming at home and at the gym, so I'm cumming all the time lol

I'm a big fan of the gym and find it great for physical and mental health. It's good too when there are some friendly people in there, but I'm not looking forward to the January crowds!

I used to work-out in the gym but:

- the sight of sweaty fit guys

- the musky smell of hot sweat in the air.

Very distracting.

I need the gym, not only for my physical well being, but my mental health. Lockdown has beaten me down, again. And had a fucking cold for the last week or so. Am counting the seconds until I can get back to it frankly.
